Leonardo DiCaprio Takes ‘Inception’ Lead
March 4, 2009

Leonardo DiCaprio is set to star in Inception, the sci-fi action film Christopher Nolan (The Dark Knight, Batman Begins) wrote and is directing for Warner Bros. Pictures.
Before he goes on with this project though, DiCaprio will be seen in another Martin Scorsese’s movie, “Shutter Island”. He is also attached to two other projects, “The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt” and “The Chancellor Manuscript”.
“Inception,” based on an original script written by Christopher Nolan, has been described as a “contemporary sci-fi actioner set within the architecture of the mind.” Nolan will carry out the role of co-producer.
Chris and Emma Thomas are also producing via their Warners-based Syncopy Films.
Nolan and the studio are aiming for a shoot this summer for a 2010 release.
